Bryan and his wife, Tina came to us from their hometown of Wilmington, North Carolina. Bryan grew up in a Christian home and became a Born-again Christian at the age of eight. After receiving God’s calling into full-time Christian Ministry, he and his family came to Shelby in 1989 to attend Gardner Webb University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Education. He later received a Master of Divinity degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1997. He began his ministry at Putnam in 1990 serving as Youth Pastor and later became Associate Pastor while finishing his education. In February of 1999 he was called to be the Senior Pastor. Bryan and Tina have two children: Jonathan, a student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Elizabeth, an active member of Putnam’s Student Ministry. Bryan would attribute much of his spiritual and personal development to his Putnam Church Family. |
